ABOUT EXPO
The Expo property is a base and precious metal exploration opportunity located in the Finlayson VMS District which is notable for its age range and diversity of deposits located in the district.
The deposits include the new discoveries on the Kaska ex-Kuyak Property, including the ABM, GP4F and Kona Deposit at the past producing Wolverine Mine. The Expo property hosts volcanic massive sulfide mineralization from previous drilling.
To-date, 47 VMS occurrences and five deposits have been discovered at different stratigraphic levels within the Finlayson District and over 30 Mt of massive sulphides have been discovered since the district was recognized in the mid-1990s, with known VMS occurrences on the Expo property. Yukon Metals sits on favourable exploration ground in a known brownfields district.
Opportunity
- Base and precious metal opportunity located in the Finlayson VMS District.
- Rock sample grades of 325 g/t Ag and 10.1 % Zn (R9409196) and of 207 g/t Ag and 12.2% Zn (PMR95-221) at the Akhurst showing.
Ownership & Scale
- YMC owns 100% of the 4556-hectare property.
- Previously owned by Ryan Gold who approached the property as an epithermal gold target.

- 42 km west of the Robert Campbell Highway.
